When creating posts you could link any relevant forum rules that specifically allow what you are saying, or link to threads where moderation has been performed and similar posts to yours have been allowed.
Also there is a Support Ticket category "Game Masters & ISD" under the "Rules & Policies" group for "...questions and complaint about the Game Masters and ISD Volunteers".

I would just like to clarify that while no rules were broken (scamming or making a series terrible posts isn't against the rules), this is not an endorsement of the OP by CCP. People have made that mistake before.
